One Day Meditation Retreat | Bhantes Cunda & Bodhidhaja

Relax & Grow with Bhantes Cunda & Bodhidhaja
Time: 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
Venue: BSV Buddhaloka Centre, 71 Darling Road, Malvern East, VIC 3145
Relax & Grow with Bhantes Cunda and Bodhidhaja from the BSWA in Perth. They both became Bhikkhus under Ajahn Brahm’s guidance in 2012 and joined Bodhinyana Monastery in 2008 and 2010, respectively. There will be many of you who know and remember them, as they helped when Newbury Buddhist Monastery was being established in its early years.
In meditation and in life on the Buddhist path we learn to let go of and unburden ourselves (RELAX) from the things that are unwholesome, unbeneficial and unhelpful, while developing and cultivating (GROW) the things that are wholesome, beneficial and helpful. This will gradually purify the heart and mind, allowing it to become peaceful, settled and stilled. The prerequisites for natural energy, clarity and wisdom to arise.
Join Bhantes Cunda & Bodhidhaja at the BSV city centre in East Malvern for the BSV meditation day to relax & grow. There will be instruction sessions, guided meditations, Q&As, as well as opportunity for personal practice and interviews with the teachers.
