Meditation is a calm approach of healing that increase productivity, replenish attention and encourage creativity. Mindfulness training has become more popular than ever in the last decade as a strategy to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
Join us for these weekly Tuesday night Meditation sessions at the City Centre, The Buddhist Society of Victoria (Malvern East). Doors open at 7:00pm and the guided meditation session will commence at 7:30pm until 8:30pm, followed by Q&A.
