Christmas Holiday Meditation Retreat | Ajahn Nissarano

Join us over the Christmas holidays for a non-residential retreat, where we meditate and discuss. Ajahn Nissarano will start from the beginning of “The Word of the Buddha” booklet, which concentrates on the 8-fold path. The programme includes short meditation and discussion sessions.

- 9am – 11am and 1pm – 3 pm
Please bring your own lunch if you intend staying for both sessions. Tea/coffee will be provided
No registration required. Feel free to join in any or all of the sessions.
Please find HERE (link has been updated) the PDF version of “The Word of the Buddha”. Ajahn Nissarano will refer to this during Dhamma discussions throughout the retreat.
