Self-Nurturing Awareness : How to develop unconditional kindness for yourself through meditation
This is the second in the series of eight sessions of Nurturing Awareness: Finding meaning through meditation and kindness. In it, Ajahn Sādaro will:
- Offer a variety of meditation techniques for Self-nurturing awareness, which the development of kindness, care and compassion towards oneself.
- Lead a guided meditation of Self-nurturing awareness.
- Outline how self-kindness meditation promotes contentment and happiness within oneself, and how it is used to overcome self-hatred, self-criticism and low self-worth.
- Answer your questions about meditation.
- Offer some insight and guidance on common concerns, obstacles and issues meditators face.
