About the Retreat
The retreat consists of teachings from the Suttas and silent walking and sitting meditation practice. The Sutta teachings will be of a practical nature and will relate to meditation practice. There will also be daily Q&A sessions. While this is a non-residential retreat, participation requires your full commitment. The structure is much like a residential retreat, and this is a strictly silent retreat. The teachings are sequential and therefore casual attendance is not possible. Vegetarian lunches will be provided
