About the Retreat:
All retrerat participants will receive an email with details of the program for the day
To support the meditative atmosphere, please bring your own lunch. We regret that there will be no food preparation/reheating facilities available. Tea and coffee will be provided. Also, there will be no collective offering of lunch dana to the monastics nor a communal lunch.

Sanctuary of Stillness (SOS) Meditation Retreat Centre, 107 Beaches Lane, Newbury, AUSTRALIA
- Participants can arrive at SOS from 8am.
- Retreat concludes at 4pm.
