Day of Peaceful Meditation held on the last Saturday of every month

Practitioners spend the day in meditation practice and quiet reflection.  The sessions are normally facilitated by a monastic.

Please bring your own lunch.  Tea and coffee will be provided.

Bookings not required.  All are very welcome.
