Day of Peaceful Meditation

Time: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Venue: BSV City Centre (Buddhaloka) 71 Darling Road, Malvern East, VIC 3145

Practitioners spend the day in meditation practice and quiet reflection, observing noble silence.  The programme begins with chanting which includes, taking refuge in the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha and observing 5 or 8 precepts for those who wish to do so.

Please bring your own lunch.  Tea and coffee will be provided.

Registration is not required.  All are very welcome to attend.
