Monday Night Meditation (ONLINE ONLY) | Ajahn Sādaro

Meditation is a calm approach of healing that increase productivity, replenish attention, solidify memories and encourage creativity. Mindfulness training has become more popular than ever in the last decade as a strategy to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Online Event Details: This session can be watched on YouTube as usual, but for those who want a more engaging experience we encourage you to join the ZOOM session where you will be able to ask Ajahn a question directly. When you ask the question, YouTube participants will only hear your voice but ZOOM participants will be able to see and hear (this is consistent with a physical event held at the BSV)
