Meditation is a calm approach of healing that increase productivity, replenish attention, solidify memories and encourage creativity. Mindfulness training has become more popular than ever in the last decade as a strategy to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Join us on Weekly Monday Night Meditation at Malvern East Buddhist Society of Victoria.
Doors open at 7:00pm and the guided meditation session will commence at 7:30pm until 8:30pm and will be followed by Q&A. This session will be conducted by Brendon Payne who is a lay teacher.
