Meditation is a calm approach of healing that increase productivity, replenish attention, solidify memories and encourage creativity. Mindfulness training has become more popular than ever in the last decade as a strategy to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Please note, as the City Centre at Darling Road will be closed on Monday, the meditation session will be delivered online ONLY via a live broadcast on YouTube.
