Introduction to Buddhist Thought and Practice – WEEK 2 | Ajahn Sādaro

29/08/2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm UTC+10

What Are The Most Important Buddhist Ideas?

This is the second session in the series of four of Introduction to Buddhist thought and practice. Throughout the session, Ajahn Sādaro will:

  • Tell the story of how practicing the Buddhist teachings has radically changed his own life
  • Describe key Buddhist concepts, like karma or the four noble truths, in a jargon free and easy to understand way
  • Describe how you apply and practically use these teachings in your life for greater happiness, and not just learn the topic for the sake of interest.

The session will include a short guided meditation and opportunity to ask any questions about Buddhism from a monk.

After the session, you are welcome to have tea and snacks with us. We hope to see you!
