Christmas holiday meditation retreat

Give yourself the best Christmas present by coming to our “The Word of the Buddha” retreat. Join us for a non-residential retreat, where we meditate and discuss Dhamma. We will be going through the “Word of the Buddha” booklet and having short meditation and discussion sessions.

Venue:  BSV Buddhaloka Centre
Dates/times:
Sunday 25th December  :  1pm – 3pm
(The session will follow the regular Sunday morning Dhamma talk and communal lunch dana)
Monday 26th December :  9am – 11am and 1pm – 3pm
Tuesday 27th December : 9am – 11am and 1pm – 3pm
If you are staying for both sessions on Monday & Tuesday, please bring your own lunch. Tea/coffee will be provided.

No registration required.  Feel free to join in any or all of the sessions.

Please find HERE the PDF version of “The Word of the Buddha”.  Ajahn Mudito will refer to this during Dhamma discussions throughout the retreat.

The Meditation Hall will be kept open until 5 pm on all three days for those who wish to continue with their meditation after 3pm.
