Retreat Information

This non-residential retreat consists of teachings from the Suttas and silent walking and sitting meditation practice. The Sutta teachings will be of a practical nature and will relate to meditation practice.  There will also be daily  Q & A sessions. While this is a non-residential retreat, participation requires your full commitment.  The structure is much like a residential retreat and this is a strictly silent retreat. The teachings are sequential during the retreat and so casual attendance is not possible. The retreat cost includes daily simple vegetarian lunches.

Friday March 6th: Introduction and welcome to the retreat: 7:30pm – 9:00pm.  The Centre will be open from 5.30 pm and registered retreatants are requested to arrive early to confirm your registration.

Retreat attendance requires registration and places are limited. BSV members are given priority.  It is not possible to attend this retreat on a casual basis.
