Robe Offering Ceremony 2020

01/11/2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am UTC+10

The BSV committee invites everyone to join the BSV Robe Offering Ceremony – a ceremony whereby devotees can offer virtual robes and other requisites to the Sangha as an expression of their gratitude.

When we think of Kathina, we think of wishing trees, robes, and being with the sangha! The Zoom ceremony aims to recapture the feeling of community, warmth, generosity and faith that we associate with the real-life Kathina ceremony. As part of the program, Zoom participants will be guided through the process of offering their requisites “virtually” by presenting the token/receipt/giftcard of their donation in an individual link-up with senior monastics.

Date: Sunday, 1 November 2020
Time: 09:00 – 10:35 am (AEDT)

If you wish to attend the Robe Offering Ceremony, please register before you leave the page.

Remember to register before you leave the page.
