SUMMARY:Nurturing Awareness - WEEK 6 | Ajahn Sādaro
DESCRIPTION:Forgiving Awareness : The water that washes away the stain\nThis is the sixth in the series of eight sessions of Nurturing Awareness: Finding meaning through meditation and kindness. In it\, Ajahn Sādaro will: \n\nOffer a variety of meditation techniques of Forgiving awareness\, which is the generation of forgiveness towards those who have wronged us and importantly\, towards oneself.\n\nLead a guided meditation of Forgiving awareness.\n\nOutline how forgiveness meditation develops the right conditions to give and receive forgiveness without ‘becoming a doormat’. This meditation allows us to begin to let go of burdens of guilt\, regrets or grudges\, and in their place\, eventually leads us to the wisdom that we all at times ‘don’t understand’ how our actions cause harm.\nAnswer your questions about meditation.\nOffer some insight and guidance on common concerns\, obstacles and issues meditators face.\n\nAfter the session\, you are welcome to have tea and snacks with us.
