Mindfulness training has become more popular than ever in the last decade as a strategy to relieve stress\, anxiety and depression. \nJoin us for these weekly Tuesday night Meditation sessions at the City Centre\, The Buddhist Society of Victoria (Malvern East). Doors open at 7:00pm and the guided meditation session will commence at 7:30pm until 8:30pm\, followed by Q&A. Please bring a plate of food to share with the monastics and lay community. Ensure all food is freshly cooked and prepared in advance. We kindly request those who wish to make an offering\, to deliver their contribution to the Vihara kitchen upon arrival at the Centre (no later than 10:30am). This will greatly assist with lunch preparation. \n\n
