Throughout the session\, Ajahn Sādaro will: \n\nReflect on how he has progressed as a person and what he has gained out of practicing Buddhism\, and how it may benefit you\nDescribe how the Buddhist path enables us to let go of our incessant wanting for things\, our anger and ill will towards others\, and our confusion around the natural state of existence\nDescribe how Buddhist meditation enables you to develop deep states of calm\, boundless kindness and compassion\, and importantly\, an acceptance of the way our lives are\nShow you how you can develop these same qualities in your life to bring about peace and contentment in whatever situation life throws at you\n\nThe session will include a short guided meditation and opportunity to ask any questions about Buddhism from a monk.  \nAfter the session\, you are welcome to have tea and snacks with us.
