Throughout the session\, Ajahn Sādaro will: \n\nDescribe his journey of starting out in Buddhism and why he became a monk\nCover what Buddhists believe\, and importantly\, what enlightenment is and why anyone would want it\nDescribe who the Buddha was\, what he taught\, and how Buddhism came to be in its different forms throughout history\, up until its present form\nDescribe how you can bring the aspiration of enlightenment into your life without being a Buddhist\n\nThe session will include a short guided meditation and opportunity to ask any questions about Buddhism from a monk.  \nAfter the session\, you are welcome to have tea and snacks with us.
