SUMMARY:A day of Metta Meditation with Venerable Kai Zhao
DESCRIPTION:One Day Metta Meditation Retreat led by Venerable Kai Zhao\nVen. Kai Zhao was born in Ipoh\, Perak. In 1987. He took ordination with most Ven. Boon Keng at Penang Ang Hock Si Temple. After graduation from Malaysia Buddhist College in Penang\, he started teaching Dhamma in local prisons\, especially to death penalty inmates from 1998. Since 2006\, he has been travelling locally and abroad teaching Dhamma in prisons\, conducting retreats and giving counselling and guidance. \nTime: 8.30 am to 4.00 pm\nVenue: BSV Buddhaloka Centre\,  71 Darling Road\, Malvern East\, VIC 3145 \nProgramme:\n8.30 am – 11.00 am\n– Welcome\n– Guided Metta meditation \n11:00 am – Lunch \n12 – 4 pm\n– Guided Meditation\n– Discussion / Q & A\n– Sharing of Merits\n– Conclusion \nLunch – Participants need to bring their own lunch. \nTea/coffee will be provided. The beverage station is located next door to the meditation hall. \nAll are very welcome!  Registration not required. \nParking\nThere is a car park at the back of Buddhaloka Centre which can be accessed via Terminus lane. Please be PARTICULARLY mindful when parking on the streets around the Centre and ensure that you do not obstruct driveways in any way. \n
